DPP ordonne « aucune poursuite » de violations présumées de sanctions financières contre la Russie

The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has directed not to prosecute a case of an alleged breach of financial sanctions in relation to Russia after the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB) investigated the case and sent it a file.

The Sunday Independent first reported that the GNECB had sent the file to the DPP following an investigation into the alleged sanction breach in April. The newspaper reported on the alleged financial sanction breach in September last year, when it was being reviewed.
