An Irish national has said he is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder after being detained in Iran for eight months.

Bernard Phelan, un Irlandais-français de 64 ans originaire de Clonmel à Co Tipperary, a été emprisonné dans le nord-est de l'Iran après avoir été arrêté à Mashhad en octobre 2022.
